We deliver a range of programmes specifically designed to help each individual’s needs.

We currently deliver a full range of New Deal, Work Based Learning for Adults and Work Based Learning for Young People across the country from over 30 training centres and from April 2004 we will also deliver training and support to people accessing the Employment Zone in Liverpool.

We put people first, our clients are the general public varying from unemployed, disadvantaged or people needing guidance to find that perfect career.

Our diverse range of staff including Advisors, Trainers and Employer Liaison Officers offer the best support, guidance and practical training that is available. Our delivery centres are welcoming and designed to engage and ensure access for all. Through all this, we aim to equip our programme participants with the tools they need to find meaningful, sustainable employment. We do not offer quick solutions or false promises. We do invest the necessary time and the necessary money in our participants and – perhaps most importantly – we invest ourselves.
